Provide factual information regarding real estate values in our area, property specifications, neighborhoods, amenities, Property Owner Association fees and services, Covenants and Restrictions, Taxes and Insurance, etc. Help you locate available financing, as well as monitoring the loan process. You must give the lender permission to discuss details regarding your personal information. Prepare an offer for presentation to the seller working together on the details to give you the best negotiating position and providing you with favorable terms. Working together with the Listing Agent and his/her seller to successfully bring this transaction to closing on time and with few obstacles along the way. In exchange for my commitment to you, I ask that you be committed to me, which means working exclusively through me to locate property for you. I will provide my time and expertise to assist you in making the right purchasing decision for you and your family.
